Just ask Tyler: "It has always been hard for me to have my birthday on New Year's Eve, but now I have come to
realize it is a blessing. I get to be with my good friends, play music
and celebrate new beginnings." And so, today, as the boys are rocking
Lynchburg, VA, we celebrate the gift that is Tyler....... here's to Ty &

With their SIXTH
Grammy nomination just announced, keep your fingers crossed until
February 8th ((exactly two months from now)) and the AudioA boys just
might have another statue on their shelves!! The nominees for the Annual
Grammy Awards were announced today and Audio Adrenaline's latest -- Unti
My Heart Caves In -- will be going up against the likes of The Cross
Movement, Day of Fire, Fresh I.E. and Grits in Field 11, Category 53: Best
Gospel Rock Album. No word, yet, on whether the Audio Adrenaline
guys will be attending this year's award's ceremony... |

We're going WORLDWIDE!! Okay...
maybe just nationwide, but the boys of AudioA are certainly spreading
out! Brian & his wife took off from his hometown of Chicago in
August and are now settling nicely into their new digs in Phoenix. Also
-- after over eight years in Nashville -- the Burkum
clan is packing up and heading back to Ty & Ali's homestate of
Minnesota! God Speed to both families as they make the trek and settle
in to their new homes. |

to celebrate his 31st birthday with family in Chicago on September 26th!!

weekend!!

Who says teens these
days aren't interested in "getting dirty" for their
faith?? I just couldn't pass up passing this along...
On Friday, Aug. 26, Jon Brandon, Jason Waldron, Charles Stocking, Sara Slaker of Maple Grove and Lindsey Lewis of Hastings started out on an 800 mile trip around Minnesota. Brandon and Waldron rode their motorcycles while Stocking, Slaker and Lewis followed in a car. The purpose of the trip was to raise awareness and monies for the Hands and Feet project. The goal of this project is to build an orphanage in Haiti. Haiti is the poorest nation in the western hemisphere and nearly 50% of the population is under the age of 14. While attending this year's Sonshine Music Festival in Wilmar, the group heard about Hands and Feet from the Christian Rock band, Audio Adrenaline. During August Mark Stuart, the front man for the band, led a motorcycle fundraising campaign across America. This was the inspiration for the Minnesota ride. The Minnesota group rode from Maple Grove to International Falls. Saturday they rode from there to Duluth. On Sunday morning they led music at an outdoor worship service for First Lutheran Church. This was a great opportunity to share about Hands and Feet project. After church the group rode to Stillwater and then back to Maple Grove to end their ride. The group raised over $3,000. |

With the Hands & Feet Across
America ride and the Hands & Feet Charity auctions officially completed,
the drum is rolling in anticipation of a grand total raised for the Hands
& Feet Project in Haiti!! While dollars & pledges will continue
to roll in ((you can still pledge to the HFAA ride & be eligible for
a FREE UMHCI CD through the website at www.handsandfeetacrossamerica.org)),
the total amount raised so far is well over
$59,000!! Wow. Everyone invloved has been blown away
by the generosity of fans & friends, alike and I know there's a heart-felt
"THANK YOU" to everyone who has contributed to this project!!! Muchos

It was a wild night on Total Axxess,
as the boys spent an hour on the air with WAYfm DJ,
Jayar. The boys talked about their new album, the Hands &
Feet Project, the charity auctions (ending the concert & motorcycle
auctions on the air for a total of over $20,000!!), as well as many other
(completely random) topics. Mark even took a trip down the WAYfm hallway,
flat on his stomach on a skateboard & wearing a helmet about three sizes
too small... bowling for plugs!! In return for a strike, the boys
got 30 seconds of "free airtime" to plug anything random they'd like. Check

Mark kicked off the HFAA ride with a whole crew of fellow
bikers & believers in West Palm Beach, FL, early this morning.

to the world!! Brand new little
Osten Lowe Burkum decided to arrive a little 
early
and made his entrance this afternoon at 1:30pm! Tyler & Ali's second
child, weighing in at a healthy 7lbs 6oz., joins older brother Soren
(now two-and-a-half) to round out the Burkum clan at an even foursome.
SO MANY CONGRATS to you guys... what a beautiful blessing!!! |

[ May 16, 2005 ] Well, the DCWW tour has come to a close and you
may be wondering... what's next?? For the boys, it's answering
the call of the perpetual summer festival circuit. But FIRST, a
little spring cleaning? That's right, there's only two more days
to put in a bid on Ben's classic 1963 Triumph TR4!
According to Ben: "I have an intense passion -- or 
sickness,
depending on who you ask -- for British sportscars... I will be sad to
see it go, but I like working on these cars as much as I like driving them
and there is nothing left for me to do on this one..." Hence, Ben's
next project (which was purchased on eBay and hauled back from Dallas by
the bus after a show in Dallas): a 1959 MGA. |

Yupp... Ali, Tyler's wife, is expecting their second child -- a boy --
August 4th (though Ty is convinced that baby Osten Lowe will make his

That's right... Rhondi, Ben's wife, gave birth to a bouncin' baby boy
last night!! At 6lb, 14oz, Lincoln Noah Cissell finally decided
to join the world & his parents couldn't be any happier!! MANY
CONGRATS to the now-expanded Cissell household!!! |

| [ February 18, 2005 ] The boys are busy laying tracks for their new
release UNTIL MY HEART CAVES
IN!! That's right!
You can ((tenatively)) look forward to tracks such as Blood Brothers, Last Star Shining, Clap Your Hands, King of
Kings and -- of course -- Until My Heart Caves In. According to Mark, this album is about
how it is "better to burn out than to fade away." As well as about
living "with passion until the day you get put into the grave."

There's another AudioA baby on the way!! Mr. Ben Cissell is going to be a DADDY!
Lincoln Noah Cissell is due on February 27th and the family couldn't
be ANY happier!! Being in Australia through February 1st, Ben was
relating that he'd already started teaching David Carr -- Third Day's
drummer, tourmates for most of the Australia dates -- how to play a few
AA songs... just incase. MANY
CONGRATS go out to Ben & Rhondi for God's blessings... can't wait
to see the little one!! |
